Heli Modified originally designed and released the ST1300 Tour Performance® Bar Relocation Adapters in the spring of 2003. As it is customary for us to re-evaluate our design after one or two seasons, we have found several areas to make improvements to an already excellent design.

Using suggestions and feedback from many of our customers and dealers we set out to incorporate some of these improvements and added several other updates as well.
