Base plate to fix panniers unique to Held, These Joiners are a Universal plate Designed to fit any bike, Fully adjustable by use of Velcro pads. Place pannier over base plate then fix with revolving latch.
For extra security,  we have the Silver Held Locks and security straps, or alternatvely the Black Held large hoop security locks.
